Testdroid recorder authorization failure.

Ashish Oct 16, 2013 10:57AM CEST

I am getting the error " No connection to Authorization server. Check your network settings." while trying to provide my testdroid cloud credentials. I have set the HTTP proxy in Windows--Preferences--General--Network Connections in eclipse (Manual proxy provider), but still see the error. My proxy requires authentication and I have provided the required username and password in the settings. I have tried lot of stuff looking at similar posts here but so far no success in authorization. Below is the excerpt from the log file situated at workspace--.metadata--.log (Note: I have masked Proxy IP address and username).
Any help to resolve this is appreciated.

Well it looks that the problem is on the proxy server side and he does not want to pass you further ( Do you have possibility to check with some other proxy ? Are you sure that user and password are valid ?
