Testdroid auto renewed my account and charged my card. I never asked for it.

Hi everyone!

How can I get my money back? Nowhere in account setting there is an option to switch off 'auto renewal of account'. How can Testdroid invoice me for $49 without my permission?

I have been sending them emails and leaving voice messages but there is no response. I want my money back....someone please help me out.

Testdroid Cloud provides subscription plans which means that you plan will renew after 30 days. You can naturally cancel your subscription any time and it will impact on your plan immediately and no charge will take a place after that.
